9v battery powered Static Grass applicator from Gaugemaster, when used correctly this applicator applies a charge to the grass fibres making them stand up.
Static grass requires a static charge to be created between the applicator and the special conductive glue to ensure the grass fibres stand up in the glue rather than lying flat.
This device comes with 3 plastic mesh "tops" to control the amount of grass released.
