Using the PECO PL-9 Mounting Plates together with the PL-10E turnout motor with extended pin allows you to position point motors under your baseboard out of sight.

You only need to make a simple hole with a 10mm drill instead of having to remove enough baseboard to fit the point motor directly to the point.
